How to Sell to a CEO

I recently booked a meeting with the CEO of one of my most strategic accounts.
In the call he gave me the opportunity to position ourselves against their current vendor (Google). This is what he said:
"You have one shot at convincing me in the next call. Either I switch to Microsoft now, and I will need a compelling case for that. Or I wait until 2024 when we have to"
This guy did not need to see a demo. He wanted to be convinced from a strategic and financial POV. He also said this:
"I recently saw a quote I really liked: Make me an offer so good I would feel stupid to say no..."
"100M Offers!" I yelled. "The book is called 100M Offers by Alex Hormozi. In it he explains the value equation..." and I went on explaining the framework.
"That's exactly what I want" said the CEO.
I knew we had a way in.
